Ripple Effects, a seasoned industry leader with over 30 years of experience, specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for social-emotional learning and mental health support. Utilizing digital platforms and tools, they aim to positively impact students' well-being and academic success. Their annual sales growth reflects their ongoing impact in the educational sector, where they offer robust implementation and maintenance services to numerous schools and organizations.
As their operations expanded, they encountered challenges with their outdated FileMaker database, leading to disorganized data issues such as duplicates and missing information. Additionally, managing multiple platforms for marketing, outreach, inventory, sales, and product onboarding became increasingly cumbersome.

OBJECTIVE
The company made a strategic decision to streamline its operational platforms by transitioning to Zoho One, a robust suite of applications designed to manage all aspects of a business seamlessly. This initiative aimed to centralize operations and enhance efficiency across the organization.
The focal point of this endeavor was the meticulous migration of a vast and intricate CRM from FileMaker to Zoho One. The objectives included safeguarding data integrity, refining data architecture for optimal performance, and elevating user experience through tailored Zoho layouts and enhanced relational structures.
Furthermore, the project addressed the client's requirement for improved data accessibility and fluid navigation across various functions such as sales, marketing, and onboarding.

OUTCOME
Despite Zoho's versatility, we encountered limitations that demanded creative solutions to align the platform with our client's specific requirements.
The migration resulted in a streamlined database system with improved data accuracy, reducing errors and enhancing service quality.
The outcome was a successful transition from FileMaker to Zoho One resulting in a robust and streamlined database system with improved data accuracy, reducing errors and enhancing service quality. Also allowing for user-friendly layouts, optimized table relationships enabling comprehensive information retrieval within a single interface to make informed decisions, and clear navigation between sales, marketing, and onboarding
REFLECTION
In conclusion, the migration from FileMaker to Zoho CRM presented both opportunities and challenges. While the platform's inherent limitations necessitated creative workarounds, our strategic approach and collaborative efforts enabled us to tailor Zoho CRM to our client's specific business and workflow needs effectively.
The project significantly enhanced my skills in navigating challenges, address complexities, pivoting strategies, and fostering close collaboration with the client thereby enriching my professional repertoire to enhance project outcomes.
