Ripple Effects, a leader in social-emotional learning and mental health support for over 30 years, sell and onboard digital platforms to enhance student well-being and academic success. They faced challenges with an outdated FileMaker database and managing multiple platforms for marketing, outreach, inventory, sales, and product onboarding.
To address these issues, they wanted to transition to Zoho One., a comprehensive suite of applications designed to centralize and streamline operations. Key steps included meticulous data migration to ensure integrity, developing tailored Zoho layouts for better user experience, and enhancing operational efficiency for seamless navigation across various functions.
The migration to Zoho One resulted in a streamlined and accurate database system, reducing errors and improving service quality. Despite Zoho’s limitations, creative solutions were implemented to meet specific needs.
